Chapter Summary:
Katniss
been in the designs for 3 hours. So she meets her stylist Cinna.
They
eat together and try and get some ideas of costumes for the
opening ceremony. Attire should be in line with the
industry, Peeta and Katniss must therefore be something related to
coal.
Cinna and Portia will focus
on something with fire because coal is burned.
They will be dressed in black and in leather boots. When they then go on opening day will be kindled fire on their chariot rolls.

Impressions/Thoughts:
it is very weird that everybody should wear costumes and that they
had to change Katniss's look and all that.
